The SPOT Rewards App

SPOT is a mobile rewards app designed exclusively for customers of NEPI Rockcastle shopping centres. It enhances the shopping experience by rewarding users with loyalty points, redeemable for special discounts and exclusive benefits.
For Serdika Center, a standalone creative concept was initially developed for in-centre use, serving as a bold and engaging visual anchor to drive awareness of the app. Building on its success, the concept was later adapted into a series of out-of-home artworks, extending its reach beyond the shopping centre environment to help drive new business.

Serdika is a stylish, upscale shopping centre located in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria. It is home to over 200 stores, plus a wide selection of international restaurants and cafes. It’s key tenants include the likes of Sephora, Zara, Massimo Dutti, Tommy Hilfiger, and Peek & Cloppenburg.
